Description

Opaekaa Falls is a waterfall located on the eastern side of the Hawaiian Island of Kauai. It falls 151 feet over basalt from volcanic eruptions millions of years ago. Viewed here from about 1/2 mile away, with the house sitting directly above the falls, they both appear to be in a wilderness all by themselves. They are located in Wailua River State Park.
